You will receive email updates regarding when you can expect your order to ship.

We currently ship only within the USA.

Shipping Fee are based on your order total, as follows:
  • Up to $25 ... $6.95
  • Up to $50 ... $8.95
  • Up to $75 ...$10.95
  • Up to $100 ... $12.95
  • Over $100 .. Free shipping on orders over $100 *

*Free shipping applies to subtotals over $100 prior to tax or shipping fees.

The Birdwatcher accepts refunds and exchanges, however shipping fees are not refundable.

All returns must be in new condition and include all original packaging.

Returns on orders with free shipping will have standard ground shipping costs deducted from the refund amount.
